In a swift effort to contain the phenomenon of power outages and mass hysteria, the government quarantines entire cities and regions called "Black Zones". As time goes on, it is clear, the only hope in surviving the emerging gangs, raiders, and lone psychopaths is to flee to military checkpoints or "Yellow Zones".

The year is 2020. Upon impact of a small meteorite, an unexplained pulse of energy hits within the Midwest, disabling power stations and leaving millions in the dark. However, this is only the beginning. As relief organizations step in to bring supplies to those within the radius of the unknown event, a permanent altered behavior has already occurred. The change in personalities are subtle at first. Not long after, extreme psychosis and manias begin to surface in around sixty-five percent of the affected population. Close families turn against one another, and chaos ensues. Food and supplies quickly become scarce, and only the strongest or most resourceful of the affected population continue to prosper.

Writer, Director, Executive Producer
Author, Screenwriter, Producer, and Director for World of Kohr, LLC (11 book series: The First Chronicles of Kohr), Jeff is also an owner and partner of Black Zone Productions, LLC.
He started making films at the age of 10 years using a Super 8mm format. Later, Jeff joined the Thespians Society where he won acting awards in theatre. From there, he went on to junior college for two years and studied Music and Business Management. After transferring to Central Missouri University, Jeff majored in Literature and Photography. Immediately after college, he opened a successful portrait studio where he won awards for fashion photography.
With the incoming digital age, Jeff made the switch to screenwriting and novels – writing an exhilarating twelve book, full-length fantasy series, that has received excellent reviews. He has completed screenplays for three large budget films that are currently approved and in a funding queue, merely awaiting distribution. (Olympus Reign, The Last Immortals, and Omega 1). Jeff has also produced, wrote, and directed, several short films (Becoming Rachel, The Pendent, and Hope Lost) since his time spent in Hollywood, where he had offices at Sunset Gower Studios. He later moved to Beverly Hills, and partnered for a time with Metropolitan distribution company to learn more about his craft.
His current project is an original television series, (Black Zone) set to begin shooting in the Winter of 2019.
Executive Producer, Co-Owner Black Zone Productions, Actor
Retired Team Leader for US Fugitive Task Force and former Military Contractor with Blackwater, and owner and partner of Black Zone Productions.
He has been involved with Production, Producing and Distribution, Financing, Acting and Stunts in film and television since 1987. He has produced or acted in several feature films and is most well-known for his stunt work in Guardians of the Galaxy and Avengers: Age of Ultron. Other credits include: Executive Producer for the TV-MA television series Black Zone along with films and television series' such as: Mob Foundation, Olympus Reign, Men of Respect, Eye of the Hunter, Game of Thrones, Thor, Captain America: The First Avenger, Mad Money, Righteous Kill, Good Fellas, Streets of Blood, Rivka, Help Me Kill Me Tomb Raider and Ben-Hur. Law has also worked on Law & Order along with having taken home four awards as an Executive Producer for the film You Better Run at the San Diego Film Festival.
Second Unit Director, Stunt Coordinator
After serving in the United States Army as a Special Forces Weapons Sergeant on an Operational Detachment "A" team during Operation Desert Storm, where he served as a sniper, Matt decided to try his hand at acting and motion picture stunt work as he had before his time in the service. For the past 15 years, he has performed stunts, stunt coordinated, and acted along with working as a second unit director.
Since serving in the Gulf War Matt did another "tour" of duty in the Army reserves. In this time he was assigned or attached to Army Special Operations, the JFK Special Warfare Center, USMC Basic Reconnaissance Course, and he finished up his 6 year tour in the reserves with Detachment 219, Naval Special Warfare Group 1 in October of 2004 when he received an Honorable Discharge. Oddly enough his tour ended while he was in the Kingdom of Bahrain. He also returned from Iraq in April 2005, where he was working as a professional military contractor.
Highlighted credits include: Fast and Furious Franchise, Venom and Captain America: The Winter Solider.
Supervising Producer, Stunt Coordinator
Working professionally in the Entertainment Industry since 1990, Eddie has held many ‘Above the Line’ duties for film and television. Some of his awards include: "Hero of the Day" which won the "Breakthrough Director Spotlight Award" and the "Audience Choice Award for Best Director" from the 2012 Hollywood Reel Independent Film Festival as well as the Best Feature and Audience Choice Awards at the 2012 International Film Quarterly Film Festival. Winner Best Dramedy from the Action on Film Festival for Valley 1.0.
Andrea Fantauzzi was born in Mount Clemens, Michigan, but was raised in Kansas City, Missouri. A graduate of The New York Conservatory for Dramatic Arts, The Second City and the Owner and Founder of the production company Fanta-Zee, LLC., she has a strong background in improvisation, acting (comedy and drama), writing, directing and producing.
She began her film and television career at the age of 14, but was seen on the stage from an earlier age. Her professional debut came at the age of 12 in The Wizard of Oz at Starlight Theatre in Kansas City and since that time, she has continued to earn much success in that realm. Having originated multiple roles, she is most well known for originating Teen Fiona in the Theatre for Young Audiences version of Shrek the Musical and Ann – 18 in And other fairy tales premiering in New York.
In 2014, she received critical acclaim for her title performance in the coming of age drama Adira - "Actress Andrea Fantauzzi delivered one of the best performances I have seen..." (Jake's Movie Review), which was selected by Project Greenlight in 2014 as one of the top 200 Indie Films in the United States. Fantauzzi is also notable for her work in Quality of Life sharing the screen with Kim Rhodes (Supernatural; The Suite Life of Zack & Cody) along with her upcoming series regular role of Sarah Ellington in the dystopian drama, Black Zone.
Both an award-winning Actor and Director, she is also a Writer and Producer with union status. Her directorial debut came with her very well received film Letters from a Father, which premiered at the Kansas International Film Festival back in 2017. Shortly after, Fantauzzi became a multi-award winning director with dozens of awards and nominations in various categories. She began her production career at 19, with the creation of the Custom Reel Division of Breakthrough Reels, with her colleague Chris Bylsma, where she served as one of the Directors along with serving as Lead Writer. Hala Finley (Man with a Plan; We Can Be Heroes) is her most well-known client. She later worked on Season 4 of both NBC’s The Blacklist and FXX’s The Americans while attending The New York Conservatory for Dramatic Arts. Other shows include: NBC’s The Voice and MTV’s Broke A$$ Game Show.
Recently joining The Second City, she made her writing debut on the stage with the sketch show Me, Myself & Die back in 2019. She is now currently producing two In-Development feature films on top of the new TV-MA television series, Black Zone.
Producer, Line Producer
Richard Jergins is Co-Owner and Registered Agent for 3R Productions, LLC. Jergins has been involved with film production since 2003, primarily in Arranging Investments, Developing Business Plans, Hiring Cast and Crew and Obtaining Locations. He was Associate Producer for the film Rook, and is currently a Line Producer for the television series, Black Zone. Prior to his career in the film business, Jergins worked in Homeland Security for five years along with the FBI in Washington, D.C. Later, he
managed Financial Departments in Houston, TX, Washington, D.C., New York City, N.Y. and Charlotte, N.C.
Since changing careers into the film business, Richard Jergins describes his life as: “Wonderful, Simply Wonderful.”
